Make A Fresh Start is a minty mouthwash supplied in 125ml bottles and can be used in spray form if preferred.
This full program gives 250 1/2 ml applications which if used 3 times daily, equates to a 10 week supply!
Five different easy to use programmes and useful advice are supplied in a handy booklet, showing how to make the best use of this effective aversion therapy.
The product is aimed at helping you to stop quickly by making smoking unbearable.

What does it contain?
The contents are basically, water, flavouring, a strong antiseptic and colouring.

How does it work?
The product cleans the palette of tar, chemicals and toxins.
When you try to smoke you will begin to taste some of the 4000 chemicals in your tobacco. Your sense of taste, which is being damaged by tobacco smoke is improved.
After swilling the mouthwash or spraying into the roof of the mouth and onto the tongue the effects of smoking are experienced anew in three stages :
Stage 1. Puff on cigarette, exhale and taste in the roof of the mouth with the tongue, you will taste Benzene more commonly known as petrol, a known carcinogen also associated with leukaemia and Hydrogen Cyanide (gas chamber poison). Best described as a very bitter after taste.
Stage 2. After exhaling you begin to experience a tinny, metallic after taste, like copper. Now you are tasting Formaldehyde and Acetone. More commonly known as embalming fluid and nail polish remover respectively.
Stage 3. Around the 3rd to 4th puff you begin to taste Ammonia (toilet cleaner) and Arsenic (rat poison) which you can actually smell if you cup your hands over your face and blow the smoke into them. The taste and smell is very distinctive, described by most as the smell of cats or cat pee! (lol). This should be enough to overide any craving you have for this cigarette, forcing you to put it out.
Not very nice but these are just some of the chemicals you inhale into your lungs everyday!
The mouthwash does not affect the taste of food or drink other than to let you taste the ingredients more effectively!
Used correctly the average time between use is 2 to 4 hours.
