Affiliate Agreement
This agreement contains all the terms and conditions for participation in the www.Quit-Smoking-Stop.com affiliate program. The term "product" means any item offered for
sale through our site. "Us" "We" "Our" means www.Quit-Smoking-Stop.com. "You" "Your" "Affiliate" means you the applicant. "Site" means either the World Wide Web site of the applicant or www.Quit-Smoking-Stop.com.
After you have read this document and accepted our terms you need click the "I Agree" link which will take you to the affiliates application form. Submission of the application indicates your acceptance of our
terms and conditions as set out in this agreement.
You must use the correct linking methods as outlined at our website unless otherwise agreed. We cannot be held liable for failure in tracking if you fail to comply.
The practice of sending unsolicited email commonly call SPAM is strictly prohibited. Offending affiliates will have their accounts terminated and all due payments forfeited.
www.Quit-Smoking-Stop.com will determine the prices to be charged on our products. Products, prices and availability may vary from time to time. We are responsible for all aspects of order processing which
includes: accepting the order, charging the customer, dispatching the order and returns. To protect customer privacy the names and personal information about specific customers will not be provided to affiliate
participants.
We will pay you commission when the customer coming from your affiliate link places an order, makes the payment and accepts the delivery. Commission will be paid on the invoice value of the products less all
postage, packing, shipping and handling costs. Commission rates may be amended from time to time, the current commission rate is 10% of the products invoice value.
Commission will be paid on a monthly basis approximately 10 days after the end of each monthly period. We will hold the commission until it exceeds £25. If the product is returned for which you have been paid
commission we will deduct the commission earned. If there is no payment due to you we will bill you for the outstanding amount. Commission will be paid by cheque. Upon termination of agreement any commission due
will be paid.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained within this agreement at any time by making an announcement on our website or posting a new agreement on our site. If you do not agree with any modification
your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Failure to do this will constitute your binding acceptance of the change.
This agreement will not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, sales representation, distributorship, franchise, strategic alliance, or employment relationship between affiliates & us.
Either you or we may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason. This can be done by a written letter or e-mail.
We will not be liable for the consequence of any interruptions or errors to our site.
You are solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site. You shall be responsible for claims, damages and expenses including without limitation any legal fees in regards to this.
Affiliates are given a non-exclusive license to use our name and logos, solely for the purpose of being an affiliate. You may not modify names, logos or images and we reserve all our intellectual and moral
rights.
The Laws of England and Wales govern this agreement at all times. All parties are bound to the jurisdiction of English courts for the settlement of any disputes or claims that arise from participation in this
program.
